CCH Workflow
CCH Workflow is a cross-suite tool which enables you to focus on managing the entire client relationship end-to-end, rather than simply engagement assignments. It offers an efficient and standardised approach, involving key automated steps, complete reporting and business process monitoring.
Central Workflow has been developed with significant core functionality allowing generic cross suite interfaces, plus additional elements for both compliance and non-compliance integrated modules.

- Here you can see how to get started with the built-in workflows, access the "Workflow Catalogue", and explore further options such as creating customised workflows for your practice.
- Administration
- This section is not required to be accessed frequently and in most cases the operation is performed by the CCH Central administrative staff within your organisation.
- Workflow Management Console
- A new option called Workflow Management Console has been introduced within File> Maintenance> Central Workflow allowing users the ability to view detailed information about the Workflow Service, the Workflow Queue, and the Workflow Log.
