Add an Appendix
Adding an Appendix - Configuration Key
To enable the Appendix functionality you must first add a Configuration Key. Go to Maintenance > User defined > Configuration to open the Configuration window.
In the top row enter Tax-BundleLetterAppendix in the Key Name column and 1 or Y in the Key Value column and click OK. Central needs to be restarted to pick up this Configuration Key.
This has two effects:
- The Letter paragraphs window is sorted by Section / Sub section rather than ID.
- A new menu item Specify section break appears in the Task Bar.
Adding a Section Break
Click on the menu item in the Task Bar to open the Section Break window opens:
Enter the Section and Sub Section and click on OK.
Removing the Section Break
There are two ways to remove the Section Break:
- Highlight the Section Break row and click on the menu item.
- Click on the menu item in the Task Bar to open the Section Break window. Delete the Section and Sub Section and click on OK.
