Deleting a Paragraph

To delete a paragraph select that paragraph and click on the Delete menu item in the Paragraphs section of the Task Bar:

You will be asked to confirm that you intend to delete this paragraph:

Click Yes to delete the paragraph.

Consequences of Deleting a Paragraph from this Window

The consequence of deleting a paragraph from this maintenance window depends on whether the paragraph was present in the client's letter and whether the text in the client's letter was edited.  If the paragraph was present but was not edited then it will be removed from the client's letter.  Else if the paragraph was present in the client's letter and was edited then it will not be deleted but will be converted to a client specific letter paragraph instead with an informational icon and tooltip 'Added by user for this client.':
