CCH OneClick: Messages & Documents Training
Overview
This single online session provides training on the process to activate different Client types, and how to exchange messages and documents with them.
This course provides training in using the Messages & Documents features of CCH OneClick within CCH Central and the online Advisor Workspace.
The training covers how to send secure messages, exchange documents, and send documents to your Clients for approval.
Course Duration: The session will last up to 3 hours.

- To review configuration settings for best practice
- To ensure delegates are able to activate individuals and organisations to use Messages & Documents
- To ensure delegates understand the activation process from the Client's viewpoint
- To understand how to exchange messages and documents with Clients, with and without approval

Attendees should adhere to the Training session Guidelines.
All attendees should have a good understanding of CCH Central.
