Guidelines for Training and Consultancy
How to get the most out of your software with onsite and online training and consultancy from our product specialists.

Training

Onsite and online training will get you up and running with your software with best practice, hints and tips. A training session(s) is delivered to an agreed agenda, and is more about how to use the software.

Our training services provide you with:

Consultancy

Make the most of your software, from implementation to optimal usage with bespoke consultancy. A consultancy session(s) is delivered to an agenda, however, it is more about using a consultative approach to establish needs and to provide recommendations based on those needs.

Our consultancy services will provide you with:

  • Product consultancy on a specified Wolters Kluwer product
  • Dedicated time with an experienced consultant
  • Reduced wasted time with best practice tips
  • Detailed look at your processes and how you use the software
  • Recommendations on improvements and efficiencies.

Expectations & Timings

Our courses consist of individual sessions which run for up to 3 hours each, unless otherwise stated. Some courses may consist of more than one session.

Morning sessions are generally scheduled to start at 09:30, and afternoon sessions at 13:30. However these timings can be flexible, and some courses may be split across separate days. Your consultant can discuss this with you in specific detail in advance. Time for questions is factored into the delivery of the session(s) and will be managed appropriately by the consultant, however implementation leads (or senior delegates) will be asked to help minimise disruption during delivery so that the agenda is completed.
