CCH OneClick: Full Suite Training

This training is suitable for all members of the business who wish to use the features of CCH OneClick. This course covers all elements of CCH OneClick including the key features of Secure Messages & Documents, the Digital Tax Account, MTD VAT filing, the Digital Data Review and Open Integration. Two sessions onsite or online for up to 6 hour

Overview

This is an interactive show and tell course designed to run onsite or online, over 5 sessions, lasting for up to 6 hours in total. Suitable for all staff it provides training in setup and using all the features of the CCH OneClick product suite. Due to the variety of the system areas covered, some delegates may need to attend all sessions, and others may only need to attend sessions relevant to their role.

  • To review configuration settings for best practice
  • To ensure delegates are able to activate individuals and organisations to use Messages & Documents
  • To understand how to exchange messages and documents with Clients, with and without approval
  • To ensure delegates understand the Digital Tax Account and how to use it
  • To understand how to generate and review a Digital Data Request
  • To understand how to view information in a Client's Digital VAT Account and submit returns
  • To use Open Integration to synchronise Clients' bookkeeping data

Pre-requisites

The training will take place in your own CCH Central and CCH OneClick environment, and CCH OneClick must be installed, and your firm fully activated prior to the start.

One delegate will require a desktop/laptop with CCH Central, the latest version of a modern web browser (such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Firefox), and internet access. This delegate will require full SuperUser permissions in CCH Central.

One delegate will need your firm's Government Gateway Self Assessment login credentials, and your HMRC Agent Service Account for MTD login credentials available. Any phone used to receive the multi-factor authentication codes needed to access HMRC's online services should also be available.
