How can I interact with other Support Portal Community users?

Ask the Support Portal Community for answers 

This feature will allow you to raise questions for other members of the Support Portal Community to answer and is also an opportunity for you to share your knowledge and expertise with others.  To access this feature, click Ask the Community (top menu) and select the Topic (left-hand side) relating to your query.

As an example, below is the Ask the Community area for CCH Accounts Production.

Click the Ask a Question button and enter details relating to your question. When you have finished, click on the 'Ask' button to post your queston.  Make sure to also click 'Follow' to be notified when another customer posts a question into that specific topic.
