Project Journal
During your implementation, your project manager will introduce you to your project journal through the creation of a project schedule. This project journal can be found on the ‘Services’ tab on your Wolters Kluwer account. Your project manager will use the project journal as the basis for your weekly project meeting to address your upcoming appointments, completed consultancy and training and risk management.
During your onboarding journey, you'll use the Support Portal to view your scheduled service appointments for training days, and session agendas. |
Support Portal
Our support portal is key for access to our product support teams and to find answers to any questions you may have about our products. Please visit the support portal page to learn more.
We'll give you access to a library of online resources to help you and your team get familiar with our entire product suite. |
My Learning Portal
Accessed via the Support Portal, this is where you can access all of our eLearning for each of our products. Each course features detailed learning videos, quizzes and some webinar recordings. Your account manager will set up access for you. We encourage you to promote access to our learning portal during and after your implementations.
You'll need to manage your employees' access to cloud products, and invite new employees as they join. We refer to this role as the 'Wolters Kluwer Account administrator'. You need one nominated person to undertake this role, but you can have multiple additional people too. |
