CCH KPI Monitoring: Installation and Configuration

The installation and configuration of CCH KPI Monitoring is required for all new customers.  This can be done via 2 online sessions on the same day.

Overview

The installation and configuration of CCH KPI Monitoring is required for all new customers. The installation and configuration can be carried out online and will require 2 sessions. Both to take place on the same day.

Installation and configuration carried out online will require up to 1 session each.

Note: Version upgrades will be carried out by a member of our installation team online. When upgrading from version 9 to version 10, the upgrade will require 1 session. Upgrades from previous versions will require 2 sessions.

Pre-requisites

The installation will be carried out by a member of our installation team.

They will need remote access to the server allocated for CCH KPI Monitoring and access to the SQL server containing the CCH Central database.
