Overview

Ensure all of your work is tracked with this internal and client facing KPI Monitoring package.
Send alerts to your clients or internal contacts when key stages of a process are reached and ensure that everything is configured correctly.
Inform your clients of their tax obligations based on the information in your database to remind them not to miss their payment deadlines.

Solution

Our solution offers the following capabilities:

Workflow Progress Alerts
  • Remind your Clients to supply key information, such as books and records automatically
  • Remind your Clients to approve the work you have sent to them

These alerts can be individually enabled or disabled using Client level extra fields.
The sample alerts in the pack can be cloned and their filters changed to suit different workflows.

Services Alerts
  • Send January and/or July payment on account reminders to your tax Clients pulling data directly from the tax return
  • Remind your incorporated Clients of their tax liabilities pulling data directly from the tax return
Internal Alerts
  • Alert to Managers where a job in their portfolio is active but not being tracked
  • Alert to Managers when a workflow passes key milestones
  • Alert to Managers when Job is set up that is missing key information, such as WIP budget
  • Alert original task owner when another team member completes it

Pre-requisites

KPI Monitoring v10 or greater.

Service Delivery

This will be delivered over 3 sessions.

Sessions 1 and 2 will be delivered together and used for the implementation of the required alerts.

Session 3 will be delivered at least a week later to allow you to compile any feedback to fine tune the final solution

 

As with all KPI Consultancy, remote access to the SQL Server hosting Central and the KPI Monitoring software is required.
