Prerequisites

Installing CCH OneClick 2023.1 SP

This release is installed using the Central Suite Installer. This ensures that all prerequisites are in place and that all the products for which you are licenced are installed in the correct sequence.

"Read" status update on a message

Within Central, Advisors can now see if a message has been Read or not by the contact. Besides the contact's name within a message, we will highlight if the message has been Read or Unread by the contact(s).

ITS/59550 - Central Closes/Crashes when sending a message where its attachment(s) from Document Centre is/are open

We have fixed the issue in where Central crashes when sending a message while the attachment(s) is opened in another application. Users will be prompted to close the applications where the attachment(s) is opened before sending the message.

ITS/66674 (Messages and Documents) - Incorrect display of Attached Files Requires Approval Warning

We have fixed the issue in where the warning message appears to change the folder for a document requiring Approval/eSign which is already not in the "\Shared" path.
