Assign fee dimension to a bill
Your practice may want to assign the type of business to the fee income of a bill.
You can assign a fee dimension as they are submitted within the Billing Main window, or you can set up the fee dimensions and customise your Home Page to use the Toolbox: Fee Analysis History option.

On your Home Page, in the Fee Analysis History window, click the Inv No. of the bill that you want to assign a fee dimension to.
OR
On your Client Page: Bills tab, click on the invoice hyperlink of the Invoice that you want to assign a fee dimension to.
NOTE
If a bill has had a fee dimension assigned to it, the box in the Analysed column will be checked.

In the Dimension Analysis window, Fee Dimension column select the fee dimension from the drop-down list.

In the Amount column, enter the amount you want to allocate to the dimension selected from the drop-down list.

Enter any supporting information about the amount in the Comment field.

Repeat steps 2 to 4 until the total amount of the bill is assigned to the fee dimensions.
Note
You will see an error message if you do not assign a fee dimension to the total amount of the bill.

Click OK to save and close the window.
