Save lists
There may be scenarios where you want to save a search criteria but only for that point in time. This is called a static search, you save it as a List.
1. For example you want on screen all clients that were created within a date range as below:
2. While the results of the search are listed on the Find Contacts or Find Clients screen, as per screen below, from the task bar, click on the icon Lists and then click Save.
3. The Save List window appears, add the title of the search, add a description if you wish and make the access to it private or public.
o4. To save the search criteria as a List, click Save.
5. Next time that you want to use the list, go to Find Contacts or Find Clients screen, from the task bar, click on the icon Lists and then click Open.
6. The Select List window opens; select the list and click OK.
7. The Find Contacts or Find Clients screen show the result but will NOT show the hyperlink for the list name. It is not possible to Edit a List.
8. The results of the search will be shown on the Find Contacts or Find Clients screen.
When you save a search as List, any new record added to the CCH Central will NOT be added to the result.
