Document Flow Function
Flow is a document preview in a carousel format, you can use it to view the first page of a document, you can double click and open the document.
Available in the Client, Contact, Supplier, Employee and Assignment document centres in the Change View group in the ribbon.
Note: it is advisable to perform a search using the Search Panel first
To Turn on Flow
Click on the Flow icon in the ribbon
Click on the documents to the left or right to scroll through
To Turn Flow off
In the ribbon click on 'List'
