Classifications

A detailed description of the purpose of classifications is contained in section 20 of the reference manual.

To edit or print the classification file for a master audit pack, load the pack for editing and click on the Account classifications option in the Master options list.  The system will display the Classification codes list and this may be edited as described in the reference manual. 

Please note that any changes made here will not affect any clients already linked to the pack but will only become effective for clients linked to the pack after the change has been made.  Each client stores its own set of classifications, copied from the master when the client is created, and if it is required to change the classification for an existing client this will have to be done as set out in section 20 of the reference manual.
