Southern User Group (SUG) Meetings

The Group meets twice a year in March and September, providing members with an opportunity to discuss key Wolters Kluwer products, share experiences and gain useful input from other users. The format of each meeting consisting of four main segments held back to back, allowing users to book and attend only the segments for which they have an interest.

The meetings are attended by Wolters Kluwer representatives who give presentations and demonstrations on behalf of Wolters Kluwer, the key areas covered being: CCH Accounts Production / CCH Corporation Tax / CCH Personal Tax / CCH Central / CCH Document Management / CCH Practice Management. In addition to seeing new software developments and updates to existing software, members are encouraged to ask questions and share enhancement ideas / requests. HMRC have attended previous meetings, so that members had an opportunity to raise Making Tax Digital (MTD) related queries.

On average, around 60 delegates attend our meetings. Member firms represent a cross-section of size and experience of Wolters Kluwer software and delegates comprise both partners and hands-on users.
