We want to know about your experience in using our products and receiving our services.

At Wolters Kluwer, we actively seek your feedback on our products and services.

In addition to an annual survey which you'll receive an invitation to complete in February each year, we will ask for feedback at these points:

  • After contact with our Support teams
  • After a training or consultancy session
  • At regular intervals from your Account Manager
  • From your Project Manager, should you have one.

Your input is invaluable to our business and helps to shape our future decisions about products and services.  We look forward to receiving your feedback and thank you for taking the time to tell us how we're doing.
