Users will learn how to navigate the document management system, create & Edit documents, create a letter suing a template, search the document centre and use homepages shortcuts. - All delegates can apply knowledge when processing all types of documents that require filing via create, add, email and scanning
- All delegates can utilise available functionality when retrieving, reviewing and updating stored documents
- All delegates will be able to maintain CCH Document Management in line with their company’s policies and procedures
- Delegates understand the purpose of templates in CCH Document Management and assist in the creation of one key letter template
