Overview

During the course our consultant will work with you to discuss and analyse your business processes, and edit/modify a standard workflow(s) or create a new workflow(s) to reflect these processes.

Working with your practice manager, departmental partner or senior specialist, our consultant will discuss your workflow requirements and review any documented processes.

They will then work with you to edit/modify a standard workflow or create a new workflow to suit your requirements.

They will also make the necessary configuration changes to CCH Central as required by the workflow.

They will then work through what is required to implement the workflow in your practice, considering the needs of the various end users of the workflow.

The course contents are indicative of what we would be likely to cover, however, a better idea of the precise contents will be discussed once your requirements are known, usually established during a call with the consultant, prior to the day.
