CCH Workflow: Catalogue template training

Professional_Services_2.png

Overview

A set of standard workflow templates have been published in the online “Workflow Catalogue”. Please click here for more information.

During our two online or onsite sessions,  the consultant will guide you through implementing one of these workflow templates, configuring your system to suit your practice’s requirements. This may also involve changing configuration around other parts of CCH Central, e.g. Extra Fields, Assignments, Jobs, Configuration keys and Homepages.

The intention of this course is not only to implement the selected workflow, but also put you in a position to be able to add further "Catalogue" workflows unaided.

Course Duration: This course can be carried out either at your premises, or online as two sessions. Each session will last up to 3 hours.
