CCH Trust Accounts: Transaction Reporter and MS Excel Reporting Training
Overview
This course is an introduction to Transaction Reporter and demonstrate its ability to mine data held in CCH Trust Accounts and produce reports in Microsoft Excel.
This course provides training in the creation of reports using CCH Transaction Reporter by the extraction of data from CCH Trust Accounts to produce reports In MS Excel and MS Word presentations.
Course Duration: This course consists of two onsite or online sessions. Each session will last up to 3 hours.
Key Objectives
- Produce reports from the data held in CCH Trust Accounts
- Produce a client list including data held in the user defined database
- Format reports to change the appearance of fields within the report
- Provide an analysis of cross client investments
- Produce graphs showing the largest clients by market value as a proportion of total funds under management
- Produce a pie chart showing the breakdown of a client’s portfolio by region
- Format data in the MS Excel worksheets to produce an MS Excel report, chart and tables of figures
