CCH Practice Management: Debtor Management and Smart Reports training

Overview

This practical interactive  single online session  provides training in setup and maintenance of the key components of CCH Practice Management within CCH Central. 

The training includes the configuration and management of your database, in line with your business requirements. 

After completing this session you will be able to continue with the system maintenance and configuration changes of the database. 

Course Duration: This session will last up to 3 hours.

Key Objectives

  • The delegates will be able to record cash receipts and run basic Smart Reports.
  • To ensure system managers and administrators are able to perform month routines such as closing periods.

Course Contents

Session 1: Debtor Management and Smart Reports

  • Entering, allocation and posting cash receipts
  • Reversing cash receipts
  • Posting unallocated cash
  • Part payments
  • Adjustments and bad debts
  • Basic Smart Reports overview (editing, sorting, saving and adding)
  • Adding Smart Reports as favourites
  • Editing Debtor Statement i.e. adding Practice Logo and bank details
  • Other reports including Aged Debtors/WIP, Missing Timesheets, Debtors Statements
  • Month End routine including closing periods, forward dating draft bills and recap on Processing Time Setup

 

Pre-requisites

Attendees should adhere to the Training session Guidelines.

All attendees should have a good understanding of CCH Central with appropriate task permissions.

Billing setup and Champion/Super User billing processing consultancy should have already taken place prior to this session.

Who is this course designed for?

Employees / CCH users who have responsibility for managing CCH Central and/or CCH Practice Management. 
System administrators. 
 

Note: This session is designed to be one session,  or can be combined with the additional Billing processing session when onsite.
