CCH Practice Management: Central and Timesheet end user training

Overview

This practical interactive course provides a training in using Timesheets as part of a key component of CCH Practice Management within CCH Central. 

The training includes navigation of CCH Central and CCH Practice Management creating, logging and authorisation of timesheets.

Course Duration: If taken online, this course will consist of one session. Onsite training will be delivered in blocks of two consecutive sessions. Each session will last up to 3 hours.

After completing this course, users will be able to continue with the use of the Timesheet module. 

Key Objectives

  • The delegates will be able to access and confidently use CCH Central.
  • Ensure delegates can enter their timesheets within CCH Practice Management in line with company policy and procedures.

Course Contents

Session:Central overview and timesheet training for end users

  • Introduction to Central
    • Accessing CCH Central
      Basic Central navigation; tabs, screen, grids and home pages
      Using Find Clients and Find Contacts screen and the field chooser
      Using the advanced search and saving lists
  • Timesheet entry
  • Timesheet authorisation and posting
  • Disbursement entry

Pre-requisites

Attendees should adhere to the Training session Guidelines.

All attendees should have a good understanding of CCH Central with appropriate task permissions.

Who is this course designed for? 

System administrators 
Timesheet users. 
CCH users / employees that have responsibility for managing CCH Central and/or CCH Practice Management.

Note: This training is available either online or onsite, onsite training will be two sessions. Online training will be a single session.
