Solutions Consultancy Online is a service for existing CCH Central users. It focuses on improving how the system works for your firm, offering tailored advice and practical support for your specific needs which are not covered by our standard services.

We start all solutions consultancy with an Initial Discovery Phase to understand your business needs and how CCH Central is currently set up, identifying areas for improvement or customisation.

What We Can Help With?

  • Pre-quoting, analysis, and investigation of bespoke customer requests.

  • Answering technical questions about CCH Central and its APIs.

  • Preparing solution specifications and quoting the work required for delivery.

  • Advising on accelerated development options, where applicable.

Summary:
We provide expert support to help you get the most out of CCH Central, whether it’s troubleshooting, improving efficiency, or creating custom solutions. Pre-requisites

Delivery of this work will be reliant on collaboration between customer teams or representatives and resource from Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting.

Note: This is a practical interactive consultancy designed to run online over two sessions lasting up to 3 hours each.
