Overview
Our bespoke consultancy involves working together with our customers to discuss their specific requirements for the set-up and rollout of their solution. During the session we will work through a series of questions designed to give us clarity on your data, your requirements for set-up, your business processes and your aspirations for the solution.
Information gathered at this stage allows us to help you get the most out of the software and it lays the foundation for how we approach your implementation.

Note: Please note the consultancy contents above are examples only. Your consultant will contact you to agree an agenda for your requirements. This session is does not cover mapping out the project in full or any in-depth functionality within the product. Project schedules will be discussed in the Project Launch meeting and subsequent project catch ups. Specific agendas will be followed for each of the product implementation consultancy sessions and any training.
