Professional_Services_2.png

This single online session will look at how the product is currently being used by the practice and where appropriate suggest relevant changes

Overview

The purpose of the session is to enable the firm to optimise the benefits of the software so that both efficiency and audit risk reduction in audit files are maximised through good use of the software.

This will involve looking at how the software is being used currently and why decisions have been made to use it in that way.  It is therefore likely that there will be a fair amount of discussions and explanations. Based on these the consultant will then identify and demonstrate other options and functionality in the software where appropriate

If it is decided to change how the software is used in certain areas to maximise its benefits the consultant will cover the best way to make any transitions.

Your consultant will discuss the below course contents ahead of your online session and help identify which representatives will be required across the discussion points and decision making.

Course Duration: This is a single session and will last up to 3 hours.

Pre-requisites

Attendees should adhere to the Training session Guidelines.

All attendees should have a good understanding of audit and the existing polices and procedures of the practice.

The purpose of the online session is to provide the firm with enough knowledge to be able to make decisions regarding the best use of the software.  It is designed to provide discussion around the impact on the firms existing policies and procedures,  which new procedures may need to be put in place and what may need to be documented and communicated to the rest of the business.

Guidance will be provided by your consultant if it is felt that any further training is required as a result of what may have emerged in this session.

Who is this course designed for?

Super users including the main decision maker for CCH Audit – This should include not just RI’s but also users who use the system on a daily basis so ideally including both managers and seniors. All attendees should have a good understanding of the firm’s current audit procedures and processes

Master Pack Administrator  The person who is responsible for implementing any edits made to the Master Packs.

IT Department  Whilst we would not expect to need anybody from IT nevertheless it would be helpful if they were contactable during the session.   Please note we will need access to both CCH Audit and CCH Central at system admin level..
