Who is this course designed for?

Representative with firm decision maker - Support for CCH Audit Automation and the paperless office from firm’s leaders is critical to a successful implementation. Partners should be responsible for communicating the firm’s commitment to the roll-out of CCH Audit Automation to the employees and the benefits to the clients.

Representative at a more detailed level who will oversee implementation - Managers or seniors involved must have a good understanding of the firm’s current audit procedures and processes. A number of important decisions need to be taken at both system and master pack level to ensure the set up of the system is optimised for the practice .

Personal Assistants\Administration - this group often have a detailed knowledge of the firms existing procedures and can have a valuable input to the process. Ultimately they can be heavily impacted by the implementation of a CCH Audit Automation system and therefore it is important to gather their feedback and input. Consider a Super User/Champion to represent this group.

The involvement of the IT department will be crucial to installation, support, and amendments of business recovery procedures. Although we should not require IT during this session it would be very helpful if they are contactable in case they are needed. We will require access to your live system during the consultancy session.

For your business  it may not be necessary for each attendee to be present throughout the whole session, but it is beneficial that they are at the start of the session to contribute to the discussion on your current systems and where there will be an impact on daily working lives of the areas they represent.
