This Document Management online training course is suitable for new users and provides a step by step guide to using Document Management. With a step by step guide to using document management and includes a review of how to set up and manage document templates required for letter writing. This is a online interactive course designed to run for two sessions up to 3 hours each.

The training provides a step by step guide to using Document Management. Users will learn how to navigate the document management system, create & Edit documents, create a letter suing a template, search the document centre and use homepages shortcuts. This is an online interactive course designed to run for two sessions up to 3 hours each.
