CCH SP Document Management: Training

This Document Management online training course is suitable for new users and provides a step by step guide to using Document Management. With a step by step guide to using document management and includes a review of how to set up and manage document templates required for letter writing.

Overview

All delegates should have a working knowledge of windows software and CCH Central. All users in the Practice should attend session one and session 2. The users who have the responsibility of creating and maintaining templates should attend all sessions. This is a online interactive course designed to run for two sessions up to 3 hours each.

Key Objectives

  • All delegates can apply knowledge when processing all types of documents that require filing via create, add, email and scanning
  • All delegates can utilise available functionality when retrieving, reviewing and updating stored documents
  • All delegates will be able to maintain CCH Document Management in line with their company’s policies and procedures
  • Delegates understand the purpose of templates in CCH Document Management and assist in the creation of one key letter template

Pre-requisites

The SP Central and/or SP Document Management implementation consultancy should have been taken place prior to this training.
