The self service method provides you with tools to import basic client and contact information into your CCH Central system.

We have tools built into the software which allow you to take control of importing data into the database. You input data into the template in pre-defined fields and then run an import routine to populate your database with standard client data.  This tool puts you in control of migrating your data and gives you the flexibility to import essential data to get you up and running. A short session on the use of the tool would be covered on either your Implementation meeting or day one of your training, depending on your implementation and which product.

We provide full guidance and eLearning videos to support you.
