Prerequisites

Installing CCH Central 2023.2

This release is installed using the Central Suite Installer. This ensures that all prerequisites are in place and that all the products for which you are licenced are installed in the correct sequence.

Software Enhancements

Client/Contact > Main tab > Drivers Licence and Passport Number

Main tab

Two new field options have been added to the Main tab within both the Contact and Client for Individual records only. Adding these fields is in preparation for the AML feature that is currently set to be launched in quarter 3.

Reporting

Four new fields have been added to the Contact grouping within the Available Fields:

Driving Licence
Driving Licence
Passport
Passport Expiry

Quality Improvements

ITS 66679 - Travel Issue for AP/AA customers: Cannot retrieve list on CCHSQL: Login failed for user

Since upgrading to 2023.1, when trying to use the travel option, the following error was being shown "Cannot retrieve list on CCHSQL: Login failed for user". This has been rolled back to the 2022.3 version and will be relooked at in a future release.

ITS 67699 - Bulk update - incorrectly rolling forward jobs as completed

If a closed job was being rolled forward, the new job was being created and automatically set as completed.
