Prerequisites

This release is installed using the Central Suite Installer. This ensures that all prerequisites are in place and that all the products for which you are licenced are installed in the correct sequence. Click here to find out more about the Central Suite Installer.

Quality Improvements

Launching CCH Company Secretarial and CCH Company Formations into a separate browser

It had been reported that for some users when launching CCH Company Secretarial and CCH Company Formations from within CCH Central the screen resolution was not displaying correctly and users were unable to print or export the Companies list. To resolve this issue, in this release we will now be launching CCH Company Secretarial and CCH Company Formations into a separate browser.

Due to this change, you will no longer be able to:

Launch the Filings deadlines screen within CCH Company Secretarial from the Filing deadlines home page within CCH Central, instead please use the Filing deadlines screen within CCH Company Secretarial from My office>Action Station.

Launch Company Formations from within CCH Central. Please use the formations tab within CCH Company Secretarial.

Click on the CCH Company Secretarial icon within CCH Central
Click on the Formations tab
