Posting a bank statement
Before the lines of a bank statement are included in reports, the bank statement must be posted.
Bank statements are posted daily, therefore, all lines on the same statement will be posted, it is not possible to post an individual line from a bank statement.
The bank statement tile opens the bank statement processing list. The criteria on this list can be modified to show Outstanding or bank statements ready to post
Posting statements individually
Against each line, the action menu 
appears when the mouse is over the processing status column.
From this menu select Post Statement
Posting a batch of statements
Using the tick box on the left of the bank statement list, click the lines to post. Using the tick in the header will select all lines.
Once multiple lines are selected a Post button will be displayed in the bottom right of the screen, click to post the selected lines.
