  •  All of these words means: That all of the words or phrases in the list are present in the paragraph.
  •  Any one or more of these words means: That one or more of the words or phrases in the list are present in the text.

4.  Once you setup the paragraph then add the respective dimension and period.

Additional matching text lines

It is possible to add any number of different lines for each tag, each containing its own set of text to match to with associated dimensions and other attributes, example below:

When the tag has Fixed Items (last column on the right of the screen above).

For fixed item tags, e.g. a Boolean tag such as Company is exempt from preparing a cash flow, or an Enumerated tag such as Entity accounts type, you can set the value of the tag to be applied via the Edit tag dialog, or using the drop down in the Fixed item column. Below the tag symbol and explanation:

Enumerated tags are applied to text in the document but their value is not drawn from the highlighted text. It is selected from a fixed list of allowable values.
Fixed tags are applied to text in the document but their value is not drawn from the highlighted text. The data for the tag is set in the dimensions selected.

Boolean tags are applied to text in the document but their value is not drawn from the highlighted text. It is selected from a fixed list of allowable values as for Enumerated tags, but in this case the only allowable values are True or False.

5. Once the tags and respective paragraphs are added then click on Allocate Tags from the ribbon, as below.

6. When the system identifies a paragraph in the Accounts matches with what is the Paragraph dictionary a green circle will be added to the right hand side of the paragraph.

7. Then finally from the ribbon click Accept and clear review flags and the tag will be applied as below.
