Amending a text within the Accounts

Even though it is possible to amend the text of the Accounts from within the R&T, care is recommended when using this feature in order to prevent the XML file been different from the actual set of Accounts.

1.  From the ribbon bar, click on Views and Edit document view.

2. At the top of the following screen there is an option to Align text and Align objects which are the grids where the information is in.

    Right click on the text and choose the options available, Cut, Copy, Edit Text or Delete.
