Why aren't the Market Values showing on Investment Reports?

ANSWER:

1. Check the Pricing Range. This can be done by going through Activities System Management Database Parameters. Then look for the Pricing Range in Days. This may be set to 0. Set it to something like 30 (1 Month), 91 (three months) or 182 (six months).
2. Check the security Price. Go in to Activities Common Shared Data Securities. Find the Security and choose Edit. Choose Prices and see if there is a price within the Pricing Range of the report end date. If there is not one set one up.
3. Check that the report end date is reasonable. Investment reports default to 5 April (for income tax) and you may find that it is reporting into the past - or even the future. You may want to change the end date before running the program.
