Tips for Searching, Reporting Window and the Reporting Wizard.
Searching
Searching within both of the following options is context sensitive:
- Reporting window
- New Report Wizard - Step 2
Reporting Window
Where there are numerous categories setup, to locate the required category use the search option. Entering the first few letters truncates the list, returning only matching values.
In the following example, entering pay returns matching entries from both the Computation and Suppliers categories:
Report Wizard -Step 2
Where there are numerous fields available, to locate the required field use the search option. Entering the first few letters truncates the list, returning only matching values.
In the following example, entering nam returns matching entries from all Products:
