Favourites: Reporting
There are two options within the Favourites Category
- My Favourites
- Recently used
My Favourites
The Add to Favourites facility within CCH Reporting behaves in the same way as the Add to Favourites within Smart Reports.
To add a report to ‘My favourites’, right click on the report name and select:
- Add to Favourites - the report is available under the Favourites main menu and also within the folder Favourites > My favourites upon re-entry into the Reporting window.
OR
- Add to Favourites - Select Employee - the report is available for the selected Employee, under the selected employee's Favourites main menu and also within the selected employee's folder Favourites > My favourites upon re-entry into the Reporting window.
Once a report has been added to favourites, the report is also available from the main menu Favourites as below.
Click on Organise Favourites to order the reports, exclude from the list, open a folder or even manage other employee's list of favourites.
Note: as both CCH Reporting and Smart Report favourite reports are saved within the same Favourites main menu option, the reports are denoted by the relevant main toolbar menu icon.
Recently used
Any report that has been previewed is automatically added to the Recently used list for the logged in user. The report is available within the Favourites > Recently used category upon re-entry into the Reporting window.
