Information: The price for customers in Ireland is the same price in Euros (€) as the price stated in Pounds (£), for example Practice Licence (Base Package) is €24.72 per month
Base Package:
1) Practice Licence
A ‘Practice Licence’ for CCH OneClick is mandatory for any firm/practice wishing to make use of the CCH OneClick Base Package functionality. The practice licence includes an Advisor Workspace, unlimited use of Activity Feeds and access to HMRC held Digital Tax Account information for all clients and businesses. The Practice Licence also includes 20 Client Workspaces (the use of Open Integration, Messages & Documents & Client VAT Filing).

2) Client Workspaces
There are three chargeable components in the Client Workspace:
- Open Integration,
- Messages & Documents and
- Client VAT Filing.
Use of any one of these elements will result in a client charge, but multiple charges per client will not apply. For example, if a client uses Open Integration and Messages & Documents only one charge will apply. The price is segmented for each individual Client Band and it is not applied by reference to the last Client Band as a whole. For example, a firm using CCH OneClick for Messages & Documents for 120 clients will pay:
£24.72 (Practice Licence) + 80 x £1.24 (Band 1) + 20 x £0.88 (Band 2) = £141.11 + VAT per month

Note:
Chargeable Event 1 - For Messages & Documents the billing commences at the point of first usage (this is the first message received or sent by the client)
Chargeable Event 2 - With Open Integration the billing commences from the point a business is set up for Open Integration on the ‘Set-up’ screen
Chargeable Event 3 - For Client VAT Filing the billing commences at the point of the first HMRC submission
Features as a Service (FaaS)
1) Making Tax Digital Submissions (Advisor): Optional
The Making Tax Digital (MTD) Submissions feature is optional and can be purchased in addition to the CCH OneClick Base Package. The Base Package is mandatory and therefore the MTD Submissions feature is available once the Base Package is in place.

2) Additional Features as a Service (FaaS): Optional
In addition to the CCH OneClick Base Package and the MTD Submissions feature, additional optional features can be purchased on behalf of the practice or a specific client or clients. These features are charged separately on a per business / client basis.

This document must be read in conjunction with CCH OneClick – Subscriber Terms and Conditions.
Your use of CCH OneClick is subject to this Price List as specified in the CCH OneClick – Subscriber Terms and Conditions. By using CCH OneClick, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by this Price List. We may make changes to the Price List from time to time. We may notify you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting the revised version of the Price List on CCH OneClick. You can determine when we last changed the Price List by referring to the Effective date at the top. Your use of CCH OneClick following changes to the Price List will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right to correct invoices affected by errors when such errors are discovered.
If you do not agree to the Price List, please stop using CCH OneClick and cancel your subscription by giving us not less than 30 days’ written notice (termination taking effect at the end of the notice period or if later, on the date specified in the notice).
