CCH KPI Monitoring: System Manual

Overview

A server name change is required when a customer wants to move their CCH KPI Monitoring installation to a new server. It requires a reinstall of the software.
The server name change is an online service and will take up to 1 session. It will be carried out by a member of our installation team.

Pre-requisites

Our consultant will need remote access to both the source and target servers for CCH KPI Monitoring

• Ensure that the source server is accessible to our consultant
• Create a backup of CCH KPI Monitoring on the source server
• The target server is prepared for the installation of the software
