Organisation Management Overview
This Organisation Management overview provides you with the actions a Wolters Kluwer Account Administrator can complete on behalf of an organisation.
Accessing CCH iFirm Organisation Management
Once you have logged into CCH iFirm, you will have full access to our Organisation Management tool from where you can invite new members, manage access for existing members and provide access to applications and products. In addition, you will be able to edit some details on behalf of your organisation.

Organisation Overview
While logged into CCH iFirm, to access your Organisation overview from the home screen, click on your 'Manage my organisation' on the top right of the screen.
Alternatively if you are in any other area of iFirm, click on your login name at the top right of the screen.
From the Account screen click 'Manage organisation':
An overview of your Organisation management is shown in the form of tiles on the screen as well as a left panel menu.
Organisation Details
Your Organisation details include your Organisation name, VAT number and Company registration number.
NOTE: Only users with the Admin level permissions can change Organisation details.
To view or amend your Organisation details, click on 'Organisation details' in the left menu, or click the Organisation details tile.
General information
The general information for your Organisation is displayed.
- Amend your 'Organisation name *' if required. This option may be 'read only'. If so, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
- Enter your 'VAT number' if you are VAT registered, and your Company 'Registration number'.
- If you make any changes, click the 'Save' icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Click 'Overview' in the left menu to return to the Organisation Management home page.
