My Account
What is My Account?
My Account enables customers to view their invoices, orders (for Professional Services) and Subscriptions (Contracts) as well as viewing the address information Wolters Kluwer has recorded and updating contact details.
How do I access My Account?
By default, My Account is available to all CCH iFirm admin users. Admin users can also grant access to regular users via Organisation Management.
If a user has access to My Account, they will see a tile on the CCH iFirm dashboard. Clicking the tile will open My Account in a new browser tab.
Invoices Tab
The invoices tab lists all invoices for all products – both on-premise and cloud.
Invoices with an Excel icon shown in the ‘Transactional Invoices’ column are invoices for CCH iFirm usage. Clicking the Excel icon will generate an Excel report showing you who has used your CCH iFirm products and when.
From September 2025 onwards, an invoice will be generated for CCH iFirm usage every month to enable this reporting. If your usage to date for the subscription period is below your subscribed quantity, the invoice will be for zero value. If you have exceeded your subscribed quantity for one or more modules, the invoice will have a value. Only one invoice is generated per contract per month. If you have multiple products/modules on the same contract, the Excel report will be sorted by product/module and then by usage date.
NOTE: You can also click on the blue hyperlinked Order Number to view a summary of what appears on the invoice, and full details of the subscription/contract are available in the Subscriptions tab.
NOTE: If your company was subscribed to a CCH iFirm product before 1st September 2025, click here for further information about Excel reports for contracts that existed as at 1st September 2025 or earlier.
If the invoice line contains an Order Number with a blue hyperlink but no Excel icon, this will be an invoice for either professional services or other services such as CCH OneClick. Clicking the hyperlink will display information about the invoice.
If the invoice shows an order number with blank text (no hyperlink), this is a subscription or license invoice and details related to that subscription/license are available in the Subscriptions tab.
Orders Tab
The orders tab shows all orders for professional services activities. Click the hyperlink for display additional information.
Subscriptions tab
This lists all your licenses. For some customers this could be hundreds of lines involving multiple contracts but all columns can be filtered. For example, typing iFirm in the Product Title filter will display only CCH iFirm licenses.

Addresses & Contact Info
Select this tab to view the address information we have recorded for your organisation. You can’t change address information but if you wish to update contact details, you can change phone, fax and email address.
NOTE: Changing the email address doesn't update your billing email address. This is your general data email address
