CCH iFirm licenses before 1st September 2025

 

My Account was released in September 2025 and all customers with existing contracts/licenses (activated after 31st January 2025) had a zero value invoice created to carry forward opening balances up to and below subscription quantities. 

This was simply to create opening balances and clicking the Excel icon beside these invoices, which are dated 1st September 2025, will create an Excel report with one line per product/module showing your usage to date. 

If you had already been charged for additional usage – because you had exceeded your subscription quantity – any historical invoice for additional usage in your current contract period will now show an Excel icon enabling you to view the quantity of historical additional usage that was invoiced, but you will only see one line for the total quantity. It is only invoices for usage for the month of September 2025 and into the future that show full detail of who used the product/module, and when. 

Contracts activated before 31st January 2025

If you had an active contract for a CCH iFirm product that has a start date before 31st January 2025 (or for some accounts, before 31st March 2025) we are not able to show you your product usage via My Account until your contract renews. We apologise for this inconvenience.

Contracts expired before 1st September 2025

If you had a CCH iFirm contract that expired before 1st September 2025, we have not transferred usage history to My Account.
If you exceeded your subscription quantity for an expired contract from before 1st September 2025, you would still see and invoice for your additional usagewith an Excel icon beside it, but clicking the icon will display this error message.
