Ask the Community - Code of Conduct
Be professional, kind and courteous
We appreciate your contribution, whether it's feedback, thoughts, or questions. However, we ask that you communicate professionally and respectfully. Maintain a friendly and courteous tone, contributing to constructive dialogue within the Community.
Moderate your language
To maintain a respectful environment, please avoid using vulgar language, profanity, or offensive expressions. This also includes attempts to bypass profanity filters and the use of slang acronyms containing inappropriate language.
No promotion of competitors
Our Community is not the appropriate space to discuss, promote, or advertise services offered by competitors. We ask you to focus on solutions and topics related to Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting.
No spam
To keep the Community clean and organised, avoid posting multiple posts on the same topic. Spamming disrupts constructive dialogue and is not allowed.
Respect privacy
Privacy is important. Please do not disclose private information, whether it's yours or your clients'. This includes sensitive data, personal information, and any other details of a private nature. To understand in detail what is meant by personal data, please read the definition on Data protection: The Data Protection Act - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk). This is the UK's implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Consequences for misconduct
Repeated or serious violations of these rules may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to post content in the Community. This is essential to maintain a positive and respectful environment for all members.
Moderation discretion
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate the code of conduct, without necessarily providing prior notice. Each situation will be evaluated individually.
We thank all members of the Wolters Kluwer Support Community for respecting these rules of conduct.
You contribute to making this space a constructive and collaborative place for everyone.
Together, we can create an environment where knowledge and ideas can flow freely.
