Business leaders are responsible for communicating to employees the business's commitment to the roll-out of CCH Practice Management and the benefits to clients.

Representative at a more detailed level who will oversee implementation - Managers or Seniors involved must have a good understanding of the business's current document workflow and processes. They will provide guidance to other personnel on policies and procedures necessary in your environment.

Personal Assistants\Administration - this group often have a detailed knowledge of existing procedures and can have a valuable input to the process. Ultimately, they can be heavily impacted by the implementation of a document management system and therefore it is important to gather their feedback and input. Consider a Super User/Champion to represent this group.

Other - Representatives from all teams from the organisation should be present in the consultancy to ensure all areas affected by the implementation have input and the different processes that will be adopted by each area can be addressed.
