This course covers basic Central navigation, creating and updating clients and contacts information, producing clients and contacts mail merge (letters and emails) and creating and editing a basic Smart Report.

- Delegates are able to associate clients and contacts and maintaining addresses
- Delegates are able to run a mail merge and to create and edit a basic Smart Report
