CCH Personal Tax: End User Data Entry Training (Blended)

Overview

This course cover in detail the tax return data entry process required to create and file SA100 tax returns.

This practical interactive course is part of our blended learning and provides detailed training on the creation and the maintenance of client and tax return information, production of tax computations and completion of checks necessary for controlling the tax function. 

Course Duration: This course consists of two in-depth onsite sessions or a single online. Each session will last up to 3 hours.

  • To ensure the delegates are able to apply knowledge for the tax return data entry process and online filing
  • Ensure delegates can maintain client records

One Session Online:

  • Introductions
  • Creation of tax return 
  • Errors and exception panel
  • Navigation
  • Data entry - entering and amending tax return sources including bank interest, dividends, employment income, capital gains and Business Tax 
  • Online filing process
  • Summary of session

Pre-requisites 

  • Attendees should adhere to the Training session Guidelines.
  • All attendees should have a good understanding of CCH Central
  • All attendees should have a good understanding of personal taxation.
  • It is a requirement that delegates have undertaken the CCH Personal Tax eLearning course in advance of attending this training.
