Your Go-Live Date

Should your project encompass a testing phase, upon successful completion of the testing, you will be prepared to transition into the "Go-Live" phase of the project.

Conversely, if a testing phase is not included, you will initiate your project at this point, treating the testing and go-live phases as a singular installation.

The go-live phase will necessitate the following-:

  • Arrangement and confirmation of the agreed downtime, which marks the period during which the end-user team will cease all usage of the current software solution.
  • Final data backups and synchronisation of all required elements would be completed (as necessary)
  • The SQL Databases would be changed to Offline state, on any original data (as necessary)

Note:  At no stage during the installation will we uninstall or delete any data, software, or services from an existing solution. Instead, we would isolate them, allowing for a rollback option if necessary and providing a reference point for certain customers.

  • The required data refresh would be completed on the new Server(s)
  • CCH application re-configuration completed
  • Core Server and Service testing completed
  • End user device testing completed
  • The system will then be made available for any scheduled end-user testing, supplementing the core foundational tests completed by your WKTAA Consultant.
