The analysis and scoping process involves a combination of internal evaluation of your systems, discussions with your teams regarding expectations and requirements, and a comprehensive report with recommendations. This report will clearly outline the scope of a bespoke project tailored to your needs.
We may suggest delivering this service in multiple sessions to fully address the bespoke project requirements. The analysis and scoping service is intended to be delivered independently and prior to the main data project.
