For customers who have slipped out of the release cycle this CCH Central Suite Multi-Release service provides the opportunity to uplift to the latest version of our CCH Central Suite software in a single package.

Our releases deliver regular major updates for our suite of products including our compliance software. The release updates allow us to ensure we are providing the best support for your solutions in line with the current recommendations and support of Microsoft windows, SQL servers and associated services.

Due to the nature of this service, it will include an initial audit/health check of your current system – including the infrastructure supporting your CCH software solution. Details of our currently supported environment can be found here – additional services may be necessary to meet the recommendations.

Our technical consultants manage each step of your CCH Central Suite Multi-Release service, our consultant will discuss and plan the deployment of the CCH software across your business. Considering your requirements, impact of downtime, system availability, licensed modules and best practices available whilst formulating a plan for deployment.

Confirmation of the schedule and an agreed plan will be sent via an email.  For customers who are operating a significant number of cycles behind our current release, our consultants will work with you to plan out the number of days required, as it may not be feasible to bring your systems up to date within a single day's downtime.

Details of what is included in each release is available here.

Complete this technical questionnaire regarding your environment to aid discussions and planning for your project.

Once the service is complete you will receive a service report for your records.

The CCH Central Suite Multi-Release process can be broken down into three key steps, the details within each stage will vary based on each project with responsibilities shared with customers own IT support.

For some customers it may be preferable to arrange for a service 'out of hours' to reduce downtime on your live systems during the core hours. This can be factored into scoping of the process.
