Technical service to review CCH Suite backup solution.

CCH Suite relies on Miscrosoft SQL Solution to store its data.

It is crucial the data stored in the databases that form part of CCH Suite are backed up to ensure business continuity.

While setup of the database backups is generally actioned during deployment , monitoring and managing the backups falls outside of this scope.

 Our technical team offers this  simple session with the aim to review , verify and advise on the backup solution of your CCH Suite.

  • Review current backup model
  • Verify and confirm SQL backups are activel
  • Review frequency , methodolgy of the backups to ensure safe output
  • Test schedule
  • Review system resources to ensure reliable backups
  • Advise on backup rention, monitoring and housekeeping

The Session is carried out remotely and has no impact to the end users availability of the system.
